Welcome to our association's website.  You can find neighborhood news and many other helpful features here already, but please let us know what else might be valuable and we will try to include your suggestions.

Meetings

 
The Meadowlawn Neighborhood Association meets at 7 PM on the 4th Tuesday of the month at Hope Lutheran Church 1801 62nd Ave. N. (18th St. side). We have no meetings in June, July and December.

Our next meeting is November 27th. Our speaker will be Jake Holehouse, CPCU who will give a presentation on the new FEMA Flood Maps. As Meadowlawn is one of the neighborhoods that has changed you will not want to miss this meeting. Jake will explain the maps and discuss any new information regarding Flood Insurance. We will also have our 2019 Elections of Officers. The Community Service Officer, Compliance Officer and Fire Station #7 will be in attendance.

Open House for the New Fire Station #7 is November 17th.

There is not a meeting in December, the next meeting will be January 22nd. We wish everyone a safe and Happy Thanksgiving as well as a Happy Holiday and Happy New Year.!

Reminders from Codes Compliance

Yard parking is not allowed in the city of St. Petersburg. Citations are issued for non compliance.

Vegetation adjacent to public sidewalks or public streets shall not encroach on to the sidewalk or street area, this area must be trimmed and kept up, including grass clipping, leaves and debris. Citations are issued for non compliance.

Please do not leave items like furniture and mattresses at curbside, call sanitation at 893-7398 to schedule a pickup.

We must all do our part to keep our neighborhood a beautiful place to live.
